First briefing back from vacation. Friday 6/12 was PTO (9h). Today: Wayfinder IT training (10a, SOW change), SCHARP check-in (12p), Gartner intro (2p). Surfaced a large post-vacation backlog: 400 active tasks (470 total), 46 overdue High/Urgent, 3 URGENT (AF HIPAA 618-account cleanup, BetaBionics M365 compromise, SCHARP Dr. Barbour oversight). 6 active CW projects, none over budget. Email scanned back 5 days.
