CEO demo git auto-deploy: attempted and reverted. vercel git connect sets productionBranch to main (no CEO code there), and 5 API shapes failed to change it, including two that returned 200 while silently leaving main. Disconnected git rather than leave the live demo pointed at the wrong branch; site stayed up (200). CEO stays on CLI deploys; finishing needs one dashboard toggle in Settings > Git.ClaudeSep 16, 2026·Personal
Fixed the cross-persona leak in both AdaptoHub demos: listSpaces() now filters the base registry to the active persona when DEMO_PERSONA is set, closing the base switcher, the command palette Base group and findSpace() in one edit. Verified live on ceo.adaptohub.com and coo.adaptohub.com: no cross-persona names in the page, /s/<other> and its table routes 404, own screens still 200 with seeded data.ClaudeSep 16, 2026·Personal
CEO demo LIVE at ceo.adaptohub.com: Vercel CLI installed on the desktop, project adaptohub-demo-ceo created with 6 env vars, deployed and domain attached, verified publicly (all screens 200, seeded story present, 403 demo_read_only, COO unaffected). Root cause of the 404s was framework:null on a CLI-created project, the same trap STATUS.md records for the real project. Open: command palette lists the other persona base.ClaudeSep 16, 2026·Personal
CEO demo code merged to the demo branch on Christi go-ahead. COO redeploy verified clean: deployment READY in 19s, coo.adaptohub.com and /connections and /agents all 200 still showing Larkspur, connector board and agent fleet render through the new shared-queries module, POST still 403 demo_read_only. CEO demo cannot go live until the adaptohub-demo-ceo Vercel project exists, which needs Christi.ClaudeSep 16, 2026·Personal
CEO demo verified end to end on the desktop: migration applied, 142 rows seeded, database checks clean (coo untouched, all references resolved, planted dates correct), and the app rendered locally with every route 200 and POST returning 403 demo_read_only. Committed and pushed to branch demo-ceo. Only the adaptohub-demo-ceo Vercel project and the ceo.adaptohub.com CNAME remain, and both need Christi.ClaudeSep 16, 2026·Personal
CEO demo database done: 003_ceo.sql applied to the shared demo Neon project and 142 rows seeded into schema ceo. Verified from the database (15 tables/138 fields/33 views, nest.spaces shows ceo, coo untouched, every agent_activity reference resolved, planted dates correct). Seeding needs --i-know because the demo host lacks the word demo. Remaining: the adaptohub-demo-ceo Vercel project and the ceo.adaptohub.com CNAME, which need Christi.ClaudeSep 16, 2026·Personal

Laptop cleared by measurement: no Task Scheduler launch 11:55-12:15, Cowork scheduled-tasks.json empty, no Claude Code transcript written 11:55-12:20, four live CLI sessions hold no cron, n8n has no matching workflow. Email job (Airtable+Asana+Sent dedup, COM drafts) still unlocated; next candidates are the personal desktop or personal laptop. chip.md updated in both agent folders; Routines-Planning.md started for the routines list.ClaudeSep 15, 2026·PersonalResolved 2026-09-15: Christi found the email job herself. It was a second cloud routine on claude.ai under her other claude.ai login (M365 + Airtable + Asana connectors), not on any machine. She paused it. Rebuild on the desktop handed to Bestie #3 via STATUS.md 2c and Routines-Planning.md item 5. NOT LOGGED by judgement (1): 9/04 Crimson weekly resource planning. Transcript states "Christy is in a training with Ability First" at 00:56, so Christi was not present. FLAGGED for Christi (4): 9/08 DocuSign equipment forms (client ambiguous, Robert resolves to both Crimson IT and SCHARP); 9/03 Tagalog admin/finance meeting; 9/03 month-end finance check-in; 9/03 Sherweb licensing call (all three: no calendar block, no evidence of attendance). LEDGER: 27 Plaud Meetings rows reconciled to Processed. 1 rowless file found by the safety-net scan and backfilled (rec6nmVXWipvcfERZ, 9/07 foster care class review). 11 transcripts routed out of the drop folder. DELIVERABLE: HTML summary draft saved to Outlook Drafts, to christi@crimsonit.com.·Crimson ITPipeline had not run since 2026-09-01; 25 rows were backlogged. Most work was already in ConnectWise from a prior reconstruction pass, so this run was mainly reconciliation. Two findings worth promoting to Learnings: 1. CW POST insecure-redirect trap is live and silently succeeds. The first POST to /time/entries raised the PowerShell "Cannot follow an insecure redirection" client error, but the entry WAS created server-side (907522). Without the (member+date+ticket+timeStart) idempotency pre-check on rerun, this would have produced a duplicate billable entry. Any writer that does not pre-check will double-post. Fix is -AllowInsecureRedirect on POST, but the pre-check is what actually saved it. 2. Content verification caught a would-be double-count. The 9/04 Crimson weekly meeting transcript would have been logged on title alone, but the transcript itself says Christi was in the AbilityFirst training at that hour (already logged as 906901). Open issue for Christi: 9/03 (5.10h), 9/04 (5.81h) and 9/08 (3.07h) are all well under the 9h floor. Transcripts cannot close those gaps; recommended a time-reconstruction pass.

Radar upgraded to Process Improvement Scout (weekly) + deep-research launched on capture/workflow failure modesB.E.S.T.I.E. #2Jul 16, 2026·Crimson ITPer Christi's direction: Radar now has a weekly Process Radar duty - research n8n/Power Automate/Airtable/Claude capabilities + what other MSPs do, deliver 'here's how we make our processes better' proposals (workflows, data capture, data placement - not just agents), each as an Agent Queue row with problem/feature/change/effort/first-step. AF account reactivation - April Stover re-enabled and password resetB.E.S.T.I.E. #2Jul 28, 2026CW ticket 962545. Reactivated astover@abilityfirst.org via Graph app-only: accountEnabled False to True, password reset. Verified licenses (SPE_E3, FLOW_FREE), 60+ group memberships and all three device objects survived the disablement, so nothing needed re-adding.Read the account state and report it BEFORE writing, then verify after. Doing so surfaced three things the request did not mention and that materially affect whether the reactivation actually works: the returning laptop P14s-136 is compliant with a live Windows Hello registration (so the password reset does not lock her out), the second registered laptop T14-136 is non-compliant and would fail conditional access if that is the unit handed back, and she has no portable MFA method at all - password plus Windows Hello only.·Ability FirstHIPAA handling: the credential was delivered to Christi in conversation and deliberately kept out of the ConnectWise ticket, per the standing no-passwords-in-tickets rule. Judgement call worth reviewing: forceChangePasswordNextSignIn was left FALSE, honouring the literal instruction to set the password to a specific value rather than adding a forced-change step Christi did not ask for. Flagged to her as a one-line flip if she wants the compliance-standard behaviour instead.

Top findings: (1) Maseehs is 'IT Manager and Automations,' promoted from Sysadmin, 4yrs at Foothill, 30+yrs IT, software engineering background - articulate not struggling. (2) Sysadmin role vacant 6+ months, Maseehs proposes splitting into VMware/network onprem + Azure/M365 roles. (3) Environment confirmed: VMware on-prem + Azure + M365 (NOT Google). (4) Hard constraints from Maseehs: single agent on one DC only, NO endpoint agents (prior auditor cleanup was a nightmare); read-only by default, Global Reader for Azure; ride-along for elevated access. (5) No oversight/steering committee currently exists - Maseehs explicitly wants assessment to address WHY structural fixes haven't happened, not just cybersecurity checklist. Foothill team gets to review project plan before execution.·

Bestie #2 / Automated meeting-digest pipeline (n8n rebuild) / 2026-07-29B.E.S.T.I.E. #2Jul 29, 2026Rebuilt n8n workflow '[MeetingPipeline] - Meeting Processor - v1' (dHDXmLGDotB6Tadp) into a working automated meeting-digest pipeline per Christi's request: email to herself once a transcript lands, covering what was covered, tribal knowledge captured, and Dale-style coaching when she presented. Discovered mid-build that a separate Power Automate/Zapier pipeline already populates the Plaude Meetings Airtable table within seconds of a transcript landing, and the old n8n workflow was a stalled, never-successful attempt to migrate that same job - stripped its entire OneDrive-polling/re-summarizing front half and rebuilt to trigger off Airtable instead. Also discovered this n8n control plane only allows Schedule/Webhook/Form/Chat/Manual triggers to go active (native Airtable Trigger node is not eligible here); rebuilt the front end as Schedule Trigger + HTTP GET against Airtable, matching Brain Extractor's proven working pattern. Added two new Airtable fields (Created At formula, Digest Sent checkbox, kept separate from Brain Extractor's own Brain Mined flag). With Christi's explicit approval, bulk-marked 249 pre-existing historical meeting records Digest Sent=true (one-time backfill) so the new pipeline wouldn't slowly march through months of old meetings before reaching current ones. Fixed 4 real bugs along the way: 2 previously-documented (missing Documents/ URL prefix, empty schedule interval - both made moot when that path was removed), 1 newly-discovered (a Code node in the wrong execution mode trying to fan one item into many - almost certainly the actual reason the old workflow never processed a single transcript in its entire history), and 1 in my own new code (hand-built JSON string broke on quotes/newlines in AI-generated HTML content, fixed with JSON.stringify). Kept the attendee-facing recap draft (Picasso's job) working and untouched in logic, just repointed to the new data source. Final schedule tuned down from an initial every-5-min/24-7 draft (which would have burned ~8,640 executions/month, repeating a known past leak pattern) to every 30 min, 7am-6pm PT weekdays only (~484/month) after Christi flagged execution-budget caution. Verified end-to-end with a real transcript: digest email arrived correctly with genuine Dale-style coaching (specific, referenced actual transcript moments, not generic praise), tribal knowledge section was substantive, and the attendee draft saved correctly to Outlook Drafts without auto-sending. Wrote session handoff to session-2026-07-29-meeting-pipeline.md (separate from Christi's own in-progress session-handoff.md) covering the build plus other open threads from earlier in the session (Giancarlo/Alere 8/6 meeting reply pending, Karney AI University date unconfirmed, SCHARP bandwidth nudge drafted but unsent).Three lessons worth generalizing beyond this specific build. (1) TOOLING: on this n8n control plane, HTTP Request nodes silently fail to attach a credential specified inline at node-creation time - every single one needed a separate explicit follow-up setNodeCredential call, with no warning until the workflow update response flagged it after the fact. Expect this every time a new HTTP node is added anywhere in this n8n instance. (2) PLATFORM LIMIT: native trigger nodes like Airtable Trigger are NOT eligible for production activation on this control plane even when perfectly configured - only Schedule/Webhook/Form/Chat/Manual trigger types can go active. This is a real, tested platform constraint (confirmed via a clean error from execute_workflow), not a config bug, and the correct workaround is Schedule Trigger + plain HTTP GET against the target API, which is exactly the pattern the already-working Brain Extractor workflow already used - worth checking existing active workflows for the proven pattern before assuming a native trigger node will work. (3) JUDGMENT CALL VALIDATED: Christi's instinct to ask 'why 5 minutes, can we restrict to working hours, I'm being cautious of flows firing' was well-founded, not overcaution - the naive every-5-min/24-7 schedule would have repeated the exact MFA-training execution leak (~288/day) already documented as a past incident. Generalize: default new schedule-trigger-based n8n workflows to a conservative interval and a bounded working-hours window from the start, and proactively surface the execution-count math rather than waiting to be asked.·
EOD transcript sweep 7/30 - logged 7/29 backlog (3 entries, 2.76h)DeweyJul 30, 2026CW time entries 885521 (0.48h), 885523 (0.40h), 885524 (1.88h) - all Crimson IT co 250, ticket 956831, workRole 14 CIO, workType 55 Admin, DoNotBill. CW ticket note 3004239 on 956831. Airtable Plaude Meetings rows closed: recss0vZWgsEP4xCA, recDvvBYv6DAUiiEv, rec36nBT02njqj8IG (last one created this run - pipeline drop). Three transcripts routed to Meeting Recordings & Transcripts/Crimson/. Summary email saved to Outlook Drafts (not sent, per standing rule). The ConnectWise insecure-redirect error is not a failed write. The first POST attempt threw "Cannot follow an insecure redirection" but had ALREADY created entry 885521. The pre-POST idempotency check (member 247 + chargeToId + exact timeStart) caught it on retry and skipped instead of double-logging. Confirms the known gotcha applies to time entries, not just tickets, and confirms the guard earns its keep. Always add -AllowInsecureRedirect on POST/PUT, and never retry a CW write without a duplicate check first. Second lesson: the safety-net rowless-file scan is not optional. The single highest-hour meeting of this run (1.88h) existed only as a file on disk with no ledger row. A ledger-only work queue would have missed it entirely.·Crimson ITRan in scheduled/unattended mode. No transcripts existed for 7/30, so the queue was yesterday's backlog, which the 7/29 morning sweep had correctly predicted it could not reach. Three flags raised to Christi, none auto-resolved: (1) 7/30 sits at 0.00h in CW with no transcripts, needs the time-reconstruction pass not this one; (2) 7/29 closes at 4.26h after this run, still ~5h under the floor, gap is non-meeting work; (3) the AI COP transcript had no ledger row at all, a Plaud-to-Airtable pipeline drop, and it was the highest-hour meeting of the three. One judgment call surfaced for review rather than hidden: the AI Community of Practice (external peer group, 1.88h) was logged as Crimson IT internal DoNotBill rather than flagged. Rationale: on her Crimson calendar, no client to attribute to, feeds the AI training curriculum she runs. Called out explicitly in the summary email as easy to move if she disagrees. Confidentiality screen applied. The AI COP runs under Chatham House rules, so no attendees or organizations are named in ConnectWise. Compensation and 401k content from the all-hands was kept out of the CW note; full detail lives in the Airtable ledger.
Dewey / EOD Transcript Sweep 2026-08-03 (unattended) - no-op, nothing to logDeweyAug 3, 2026No CW time entries created. Ledger (tblXvY6gHVF0cIbPl) 14-day pull returned 31 rows, all Processed with Time Logged filled - queue empty. Safety-net scan of 27 folders (drop folder + every client Meeting Transcripts / meeting notes folder) found 37 files, newest 7/31, every one with a ledger row - no rowless files, no pipeline drop. Two 7/17 transcripts outside the 14-day window verified separately as logged (entries 879630, 883393). CW time 7/31-8/3: 7/31 = 2.12h (886502, 886503, 886695), 8/1-8/2 weekend 0h, 8/3 = 0h. Summary email saved to Outlook Drafts for christi@crimsonit.com.Skill was invoked as an 'end-of-day' sweep but actually ran at 08:38 AM PDT Monday, before any of the day's meetings (BPG All Hands 9:00, BHCIP 11:00, SCHARP check-in 12:00, Alere AI Training 3 13:30). A 0h day at that hour is expected, NOT a coverage gap - reporting it as a shortfall would have been a false alarm and could have triggered an unnecessary backfill. Sweeps should check wall-clock time against the day's calendar before drawing any 'light day' conclusion. 8/3 needs a genuine re-run after the 5:00 PM EOD Wrap. Also re-surfaced 3 parked confidential items (7/31 SCHARP psychological-safety ~3min inside entry 886502; 7/15 payroll policy gap; 7/15 quarterly bonus eligibility) - these sit Processed with flag text in Time Logged, so they never re-enter the queue on their own and only resurface if a sweep deliberately reports them.·Crimson ITUnattended/scheduled mode. No billable writes attempted, so idempotency guardrails were not exercised beyond the read-side duplicate check. Nothing routed - drop folder root clean for the window.
Dewey / Transcript sweep 7-9: Crimson Helpdesk EOS + training time entry / 2026-07-09DeweyJul 9, 2026Created CW service ticket #958103 (Crimson IT 250, Board 80 vCIO, owner 247), added scrubbed internal note, logged time entry #874587 for 0.78h (47 min, 10:18-11:05 AM PDT), WorkRole CIO (14), WorkType Admin/DoNotBill (55), then closed the ticket. Routed transcript to the Crimson folder and wrote full unredacted detail to Plaud Meetings rece5ct3nUQkz2V5T.Board choice: used Board 80 (vCIO) rather than the existing Board 71 ticket #957022 (WEEK #28: Weekly Helpdesk EOS Meeting, owner Olivia), per the standing rule that internal Crimson meetings log as Crimson client work and not Board 71 DoNotBill. This matches Christi's own internal-ops pattern (tickets 956831, 957117). WorkType 55 Admin/DoNotBill matches her 7/6 and 7/8 internal-ops entries exactly. Confidentiality screen applied even though this was not a personnel matter. The meeting was training, but it contained named engineers' time-card critiques, references to past terminations for time-card fraud and sleeping on the job, and Christi's 'lists' framing. CW notes are team-visible, so the ticket note and time-entry note carry an ops/training summary with no individual names, no termination detail, and no SmartDispatch internals. Full unredacted detail lives in Airtable. Duration derived from Plaud timestamps (47 min recorded) rather than the 60-minute calendar block, to avoid padding. Odd-minute rule satisfied. Minor overlap noted: this entry (10:18-11:05) overlaps an existing 3-minute SCHARP badge-access entry (#873980, 10:51-10:54), consistent with Christi answering email mid-meeting. Left as is and surfaced to her.·Crimson IT

April / Asana overdue tasks block (recurring wallpaper)AprilApr 13, 2026Listed in EVERY summary across 14 days. Same 5-8 items, same descriptions, same overdue counts.Turned overdue Asana into wallpaper. Should have proposed: 'These 3 are 60+ days overdue with no activity. Close, reassign, or push? Listing daily isn't helping.'·
Bestie #2 / CW cleanup: Karney reschedule + project end dates + 7/29 time / 2026-07-29B.E.S.T.I.E. #2Jul 29, 2026Three-part CW cleanup off the 7/29 briefing. (1) Karney AI University: marked Day 1 (7/27) schedule entry 1894477 complete; moved Day 2 (activity 827165 / entry 1892253) from 7/28 to Wed 8/5 12-2 PM PDT; moved Day 3 (activity 827169 / entry 1892257) from 7/29 to Thu 8/6 12-2 PM PDT; documented the full reschedule on ticket 957259 (note 3003486). (2) Pushed estimatedEnd to 2026-08-31 on the 6 past-due projects Christi manages: 2692 Anderson, 2702 Avalon, 2673 Cotsen, 2626 Karney, 2711 Barker Pacific, 2718 SCHARP. All 9 active projects now have future end dates. (3) Logged time entry 885020 on Crimson internal ops ticket 956831, 7/29 8:01-9:31 AM PDT, 1.5h, CIO(14)/Admin(55)/DoNotBill, for AI training content build plus hands-on ChatGPT feature learning. Saved memory project_westwood_adaptoinbox_package.md plus MEMORY.md index line.Three things worth carrying forward. (1) TECHNICAL: PATCH works fine on /project/projects/{id} and /sales/activities/{id} with standard JSON-patch ops via .NET HttpClient - the connectwise skill's 'PATCH is unreliable' warning is specific to project TICKETS, not projects or activities. Better still, patching the underlying sales activity cascades automatically to its linked type-C schedule entry, so one write instead of two. Also confirmed CW stores UTC and the current offset is PDT (UTC-7), so noon PDT = 19:00Z; the older memory note '2PM PST = T22:00:00Z' is a winter-offset figure and lands an hour off if applied now. (2) VERIFICATION CATCH: the ask contained a hidden blocker. Christi said move the Karney entries to 'the new Dates and time' as though new dates existed, but the Sent folder showed Jason Yu never picked one - he postponed 7/27, Christi offered Wed 8/5 or Thu 8/6 on 7/28, and his only reply since was unrelated exercise-design questions. Rather than invent a client session date I asked, and she chose to hold BOTH offered days until he confirms. Generalize: when Christi refers to 'the new date' for a client-facing item, verify against Sent before assuming it is settled. (3) SCOPE DISCIPLINE: she said 'projects that are past ends'. Alere 2695 ends 7/31, which is not past, so I left it alone and surfaced it rather than quietly widening scope - even though it lapses Friday while its own trainings run 8/3, 8/5 and 8/6. Same treatment for the malformed Karney entry 1892431 (ticket 961202, midnight, zero hours): flagged, not touched, because she scoped the ask to three entries. Both remain open decisions for her. Bonus catch worth surfacing: both new AI University slots butt directly against Alere AI Training at 2:00-3:30 PM on 8/5 and 8/6, giving her three back-to-back training blocks on the 6th.·

FY27 SCHARP budget reformatted to FY26 layout (Kashif ask)RexJul 14, 2026C:\Users\ChristiBrown\OneDrive - Crimson IT\Documents\3 - Clients and Projects\Scharp\Budget\FY27 - IT Budget (Crimson v3 - FY26 Layout).xlsx·SCHARPRex mirrored FY26's tab structure/formatting onto FY27 Crimson v2 Cloud numbers (8 tabs, grand total $1,195,520). Two items need Christi/Kashif verification: (1) shredding GL code discrepancy -- FY27 source used 5405, FY26 COA has shredding at 5408 and electricity at 5405, mapped to 5408 per FY26 COA, confirm against QuickBooks; (2) FY27 source Budget tab had corrupted/serialized data, so FY27 numbers were pulled from Details/COA/Summary tabs instead -- spot check totals. Saved as new v3 file, originals untouched.

EOD Transcript Sweep 8/31/2026 - 13 logged (8.22h across 8/24-8/28), 2 skipped, 6 flaggedDeweyAug 31, 2026Unattended EOD transcript sweep run 2026-08-31. Worked the Plaud Meetings ledger over a 14 day lookback, claimed all 14 unworked rows before touching them, ran the safety-net folder scan, and pulled existing ConnectWise time for 8/22 to 9/1 before any write. LOGGED (13 entries, 8.22h): 8/24 Crimson IT proj tkt 967282, entry 902462, 0.15h - AI training strategy pivot to asynchronous modules. 8/25 Crimson IT proj tkt 967282, entry 902463, 1.55h - Power Automate: The Basics, 90 min open session delivered. 8/25 AbilityFirst tkt 970290 (NEW, board 80, agr 449), entry 902465, 1.05h - Claremont program center IT planning with Julie Martin. 8/25 Klapach & Klapach proj tkt 964400 (project 2746), entry 902466, 1.13h - Tali Klapach Claude vs Copilot working session, Billable, Sr Engineer 5. 8/25 Crimson IT tkt 956831, entry 902467, 0.12h - Copilot cost alert reconfiguration with security engineer. 8/26 Crimson IT tkt 956831, entry 902468, 0.47h - Crimson weekly all hands. 8/26 Crimson IT tkt 956831, entry 902469, 1.53h - AI Community of Practice, governance tiering and agent identity. 8/26 Crimson IT tkt 956831, entry 902470, 0.47h - marketing collateral, content strategy and SEO alignment. 8/27 AbilityFirst tkt 970290, entry 902471, 0.80h - College to Career IT planning with Nicole Mackey. 8/27 Alere proj tkt 939922 (project 2695), entry 902472, 0.22h - Copilot readiness standing cadence, Billable, Sr Engineer 5. 8/28 Eldridge Acre tkt 969505, entry 902473, 0.23h - CloudAlly and OpenText vendor escalation on Box backup unit pricing. 8/28 Cotsen tkt 970291 (NEW, board 58), entry 902475, 0.57h - Copilot training schedule and content design, Billable, Sr Engineer 5. 8/28 Crimson IT tkt 956831, entry 902476, 0.48h - internal marketing, spend approval and expense review (Tagalog). SKIPPED (2): 8/24 open ChatGPT training session, idempotency guard matched existing entry 898939 on ticket 967282 at the same timeStart, no duplicate created. 8/24 foster care lecture, already marked non ConnectWise on a prior run. TICKETS CREATED (2): 970290 AbilityFirst board 80 vCIO 'AF vCIO - Program Center IT Planning Conversations (Aug 2026): Claremont & College to Career', set to Completed. 970291 Cotsen board 58 Implementation (MS) 'Cotsen - M365 Copilot Training: schedule, content design and rollout planning (Aug 2026)', left Scheduled Remote because the sessions are upcoming. All 13 transcripts routed out of the drop folder. All 14 ledger rows set to Processed with entry IDs, tickets, client links, file paths and client-verification evidence. Summary email saved to Outlook Drafts, not sent.Client verification from CONTENT plus calendar plus ConnectWise contact records is what made this run safe. Two of the four billable-adjacent posts would have been misattributed on the Plaud title alone. 1. '08-25 Meeting: IT Support, Adobe Licensing, and On-site Coordination' names no client. The calendar block 'Meeting: IT Planning Conversation - Claremont (Julie Martin)' at 17:30-18:30Z matched the 59:15 transcript exactly, and Claremont is an AbilityFirst program center. 2. '08-27 Meeting: Training Plans, Copilot Usage, and Scheduling' names no client. The transcript waits on 'Giancarlo'; the ConnectWise contact lookup returned Giancarlo Foppiano at Alere Property Group LLC, and the calendar block 'Meeting: Alere Project Meeting' at 18:30-19:00Z matched the 12:02 transcript. 3. '08-25 AI Tool Training and Configuration for a Law Firm' opens with 'Hey Tally'. Contact lookup returned Tali Klapach at Klapach & Klapach, P.C., matching the calendar block 'Meeting: Tali: Claude and CoPilot Overview'. 4. Name collision caught: there are two different Julies. Julie Martin is AbilityFirst Claremont (8/25). The Julie in the 8/28 Copilot training transcript is a Cotsen staffer, identified by the school-year and school-district content plus the 'Meeting: Cotsen - AI Training Meeting' calendar block. Attributing the 8/28 session to AbilityFirst on the name alone would have been wrong. The ledger-first design also worked: the idempotency guard (member 247 + chargeToId + timeStart) caught one genuine collision and prevented a duplicate post to ticket 967282.Environment and pipeline notes. 1. Windows Credential Manager (CW-AuthString, CW-ClientId, Airtable-PAT) via sweep-lib.ps1 worked cleanly. Azure CLI was not attempted this run given the 8/18 Conditional Access failure. 2. Two ConnectWise tickets had to be toggled out of time-rejecting statuses before posting and were restored afterward: 956831 Scheduled Remote to Working Issue Now and back, 969505 Scheduled to Working Issue Now and back. 3. The Airtable REST API returns field values keyed by field NAME by default. Any lookup by field ID needs returnFieldsByFieldId=true on the query string, otherwise the values come back empty. Cost several minutes this run. 4. Stale ConnectWise schedule link: the 8/28 calendar block 'Meeting: Cotsen - AI Training Meeting' has objectId 873948, which is a closed Crimson IT ticket named 'EA', not a Cotsen ticket. Schedule-derived ticket IDs cannot be trusted without verifying the company on the ticket. 5. Bash heredocs choke on the long note text in these posting scripts. Writing the .ps1 with the file-write tool instead of a shell heredoc is the reliable path.Escalation for Christi. Before this run ConnectWise held ZERO time entries for member 247 from 8/25 onward: nothing on 8/25, 8/26, 8/27, 8/28 or 8/31. The last entry of any kind was 8/24. This sweep brought those days only to 3.85h, 2.47h, 1.02h and 1.28h respectively, all far below the 9 to 12 hour band, because this skill logs only what transcripts support and does not pad. Today 8/31 has no transcripts at all and no time logged, against a calendar holding ten items including the SCHARP IT recurring check in, an AI Office Hours session she was delivering, the Pete 1:1 and BHCIP. The calendar for 8/25 to 8/28 is full of client blocks with no transcript behind them: Westwood Financial Azure migration and SOW scoping, SCHARP bandwidth upgrade, BAFMA budget, security awareness campaign, six AbilityFirst blocks, Belay E5 upgrade, BHCIP, SCHARP Box to Google Drive migration kickoff, cyber liability renewal and policy review. A time reconstruction pass over 8/25 to 8/31 is needed and it needs Christi. Second item: entry 902469 (1.53h, AI Community of Practice) is a judgement call. It is an external industry peer group rather than client work, logged to Crimson IT internal ops on the strength of her AI lead role. Delete it if she disagrees. Third: Klapach & Klapach has no record in the Airtable Clients table, so that ledger row has no client link.·Ability FirstCrimson ITAlere+2
